Corporate wisdom

Every corporate organization have one thing in common, there are people who believe that their bosses just sit do nothing so why should they work.

Here is a story that will explain it well...

Once, a rabbit sees a crow sitting high up on a tree doing nothing all day. The next day he goes and ask him if he could also sit down there doing nothing. The crow  says '' sure why not ''.
Now the rabbit also sits there doing nothing; but suddenly a fox comes and eats up the rabbit.
MORAL:  To be able to sit and do nothing all through the day, you must be sitting very high up.


Its not that the bosses feel anything different for their juniors. They feel more of the same; the feelings are generally mutual. The situation is more appropriately explained by the picture on the right.

You would also realize that as one rises higher he or she would feel there are lesser assholes in the organization. Its pretty apparent why would that happen ...  :P

So if you think you are in deep shit and need to change the organization ... maybe you are wrong. Its only newer shit you are going to get into. What you need is to rise higher.
